We modified the MBA uniforms and legend uniforms designs during the server
maintenance today  to prevent issues like copyright.

We do not usually process any refunds according to Steam / Joycitygames.com
Refund Policy. However, we have still decided to grant the refund request until
the next game update (from Feb 20th 2018 ~ March 12th 2018) for the
inconvenience this changes has caused.

In order to request refund, please send us a support ticket at
steam_support@gamekiss.com and please include the character name
and screenshot of MBA uniform and/or legend uniform. we will proceed all
received refund requests during March 13th maintenance. 

 

Please be reminded that once item is refunded, the item will be removed from
the relevant account.
