Balance Patch #2

This second balance patch focuses on upgrading CT, SW, and DG as hybrid
positions.
 
CT, SW, and DG have a small population and the utilization that is lower than other 
base positions is also recognized by the development team. 
 
Therefore, we were planning to provide more in-depth play by upgrading the
addition of new skills and advantages to those positions in the winter vacation
patch; finally we are now ready to upgrade our CT, SW, and DG positions with a
second patch because we decided that basic upgrade was necessary from this
summer vacation patch.


We have rebalanced new skills and existing skills to upgrade breakthroughs and
inside attacks in accordance with SW position planned intent. We will continue to
add the unique breakthroughs and inside attack skills of SW. 
 
-Added new triple clutch skill (2nd level purchasing skill)
>Command: None. Skill is activated automatically according to probability. 
>Description: Triple clutch is activated probabilistically at double clutch
block timing.
>The success rate of shot is affected by success rate of double clutch.
 
-Receive double clutch basic skill
 
-Increased speed of scoop shot skill by 20%
 
-Backward Dribble Skill Speed Upgraded 
 
-Upgraded box out level changed (level 2 -> level 1) attribute
remain unchanged (24)

DG position is a position designed to handle the role of ball handler and scorer.
 
The upgrade of the utility as a ball handler does not apply to this second patch,
but we will add new and strategic skills along with PG position during winter
vacation patch. 
 
This patch is upgraded to focus on the role of scorer. 
 
-Added new skill triple clutch (2nd level purchasing skill) 
>Command: None. Skill is activated automatically according to probability
>Description: Triple clutch is activated probabilistically at double clutch block
timing.
>The success rate of shot is affected by success rate of double clutch.
 
-Middle Shot focused & upgraded 3-point skill level and attribute upgraded

-Motion speed upgraded when rolling diving catch fails


CT is a position designed as a big man with offense skill, so we  decide that
each skill needed to be upgraded.
    
It can be compared to the role of Stretch big man, offense rebound can be few
because of the characteristics of the position, but in the case of defense rebound,
it was decided that the competitiveness in match with other big men could
increase the utilization of CT. 
 
In the next patch, we plan to show a more upgraded and more personalized
appearance of CT, and this patch has upgraded the basic part of that task.

>In the case of the CT position, the movement speed attribute is not applied to the 
box-out movement formula, adjusted to apply a certain level, so that box-out

Modified drift pass skill
-Fixed to ignore defender when Good Drift Pass is activated.
>If the defender runs a block or the distance from the markers is far enough,
good drift pass is activated  
 
-Increased deny intercept resistance during normal drift pass
 
-Changed sub-options according to skill modification
 
>When good drift pass, speed up +24, When good drift pass, ignore defender

>Drift pass deny intercept resistance increased +24



 -Movement speed adjustment +12 -> +8 

Fixed bug
 
-Fixed the missing block feedback message  
 
>Fixed a problem that the shot resistance feedback message does not come
out when a block is attempted.
-Fixed an issue of steel will 
 
>Fixed the problem that the block cannot be recorded when the steel will is blocked
 
>Fixed the error that P-block effect does not appear when the steel will is activated.
