2017 Fall Mini Crew Tournament

- Only the Crew Master can write an application for this event.

- Only one team per crew is allowed.

- Up to 16 teams from each server will be selected to participate
in the mini tournament

- Crew selection will be based on Crew League Rankings
(Ultimate League will be prioritized, but if there were not enough
teams, we will have teams from the Pro League also)

Top 16: Sept 23rd (Sat) 4PM to 7PM (PDT)

Top 4: Sept 24th (Sun) 4PM to 7PM (PDT)

EU Server:

Top 16: Sept 23rd (Sat) 7AM to 10AM (PDT)

Top 4: Sept 24th (Sun) 7AM to 10AM (PDT)

Asia Server:

Top 16: Sept 23rd (Sat) 1AM to 4 AM (PDT)

Top 4: Sept 24th (Sun) 1AM to 4 AM (PDT)

Event Rules:

1. Your crew can only apply on one server.

Do not apply on multiple servers for this tournament.

2. Please do not change your Character name once you have

applied for this tournament.

-If the user changes his character name during the said period,

the said user will be disqualified.

3. Don't apply more than one time with characters in the same

account for multiple crew teams.

- You are allowed to apply 2 characters in the same account

for 1 team, but you will get the reward only once.

4. In-Game Name (IGN) with special characters are not

allowed to participate. (Only numbers and alphabet are allowed)

5. All participants must be in the Tournament Channel lobby

at the exact Event time. (Time for each match will be announced later)

6. Once you are invited to your crew waiting room, please

invite your teammates to the room.

7. If one of your team members does not show up in time, you may

call a substitute player that you signed in when you applied for

the tournament

8 If there are no sub players who can cover for your team and

there are not enough members to start the match, your team will

automatically lose.

9. No 3rd party program is allowed for this tournament.

(If we detect such programs, the crew will not be able to participate

in this tournament anymore and the violators will be suspended)

10. Only a total of 5 mins preparation time will be given for each

team to prepare for the tournament match.

11. Only the Crew Master can write an application for this tournament.

12. In the event that a team member is absent to the tournament,

we will forbid the missing member's account from joining the next

tournament as penalty.

13. If a baller disconnects during a match, the match will resume from

where left off. However if the baller does not return in 10 minutes and

there are no registered Sub players in the team, the team will be

disqualified.

14. We will only allow two (2) tries for a player that is having technical

difficulties in joining the game. If the player is unable to join on

the second try, we will advise the team to call on their subs or they will

be automatically disqualified from the tournament.

15. Top 16/8: 1 match / Top 4, Final: Best out of 3
