Greetings Ballers,

It has come to our attention that some users are reporting that their resell shop
(for returnee) tickets are missing after the April 13th maintenance.

We would like to inform everyone that we are aware of the issue and we will send
the missing tickets to all ballers during our April 20th maintenance.

**IMPORTANT**

- To all of the users who ends their resell shop event duration between April 13th
and 21st will be extended until April 27th so other ballers may enjoy and will have
enough time to consume their tickets.
