After receiving several reports of players obtaining a substantial amount
of coupons and rewards from the My Pick Helena event due to the
Free Ticket system bug, we have decided to retrieve these items and rewards
from some players.

 

Players with an unreasonable amount of Helena Coupon and other rewards will
have their items removed from their account immediately after today's
maintenance, August 30, 2022, PDT.

 

For the rest of the players who did not participate or were not affected by the
Prediction Mode and Free Ticket issue, your rewards from My Pick Helena should
remain in your account. If you believe that your My Pick Helena rewards were
wrongly removed from your account, please get in touch with our support by
emailing steam_support@gamekiss.com.

 

This decision was made to promote a healthy and fair game environment
for our players. We hope for everyone's understanding and support regarding
this matter.
