We would like to inform everyone that our development team is now aware of the
issue that the Green User G2 Level Capsule Guarantee gauge system unintendedly
resets after re-logging into the game.
*This issue only occurs for Green User G2 Level and above.
Our team will be providing reimbursement for players that were affected by this
issue, please refer to our examples below on how the reimbursement will work.
*Reimbursement for cases 2 & 3 will be sent on our next Scheduled Server
Maintenance next week, February 14, 2023. Reimbursement for case 1 is sent
and resolved.
Case #1: For users who have lost their gauge meter while still under the guarantee amount.
Reimbursement Case #1: The gauge will be returned to its original and intended
meter level after re-logging in.

Case #2: For users who purchased a capsule item and went over the guarantee
meter and could not obtain the guaranteed item.
Reimbursement Case #2: The guaranteed item will be sent along with the excess
amount of Event Gkash according to that capsule item price.
Example: A player purchased Tree Ring Air Capsule for 30x and did not obtain the
guaranteed Tree Ring Air.
Reimbursement: Tree Ring Air + 40 Event Gkash * 2 (Excess Amount)

Case #3: For users who purchased a capsule item, obtained the guaranteed item
and continued to purchase more capsule item.
Reinbursement Case #3: Event Gkash according to that capsule item price *
Excess Amount
Example: A player purchased Tree Ring Air Capsule for 30x and obtained the
guaranteed Tree Ring Air.
Reimbursement: 40 Event Gkash * 2 (Excess Amount)
