We want to inform everyone that we've noticed that the Balance Patch appears
incomplete to some users, and we're sorry for the inconvenience. To be exact,
there are a few skills and stats that aren't being shown as intended.

There's no need to worry. Please know that this issue will be fixed on Wednesday,
July 19, 2023. We'll make sure that the whole version of the Balance Patch will
reflect and appear correctly.
