We ran into unanticipated technical issues while implementing the patch,
which led to loss of some ongoing season event (2023 Summer Camp)
and newbie/Returnee draft event data [Period : 2023.07.12 ~ 2023.07.19].
We regret to inform you that despite our best efforts, we are unable to do
a complete rollback to restore the lost data.
We are completely aware of how significant the lost data is, particularly in light
of current events and your in-game progress. We are sincerely sorry for the
inconvenience this may have caused you. Even a short duration of data loss
can significantly impact for your gaming experience.
Regarding the Newbie/Returnee Draft Event, for users who have already
participated, the mission of the original character will be considered complete,
and a new draft event will be initiated for all affected users. Those who were
impacted will receive all 6 step rewards upon logging in, and the new draft
event will be accessible, offering them an opportunity to obtain the final reward.
For season event (2023 Summer Camp), All players who participated the season
event during the event period will automatically join the season event. The exact
amount of the training Schedule rewards will be sent to your gift box based on your attendance record and the attendance mission also remain as before.
Moreover, all 4 practical training (Shooting, Agility Training, Dribbling, and
Strength Training) will all be marked as finished based also on your
attendance record.
Lastly, users who have participated the Lucky Instant Lottery during the
event period 7/12 ~7/19 will get 5 lottery ticket.
As a token of our apology and gratitude for your understanding, we will be
sending 20 Premium Sub Att to all users who log in to the game after the
July 19th Patch.
Note: The server maintenance has been extended, and will last until 07:00 PDT.

this data loss may have caused.
