[Situation]
Players with over 80% Total Achievement Rate progress but with less than 100%
progress on any of the Training Schedule, Training Plans, or Practical Training
will encounter an issue with the Evaluation Grading and Available Rewards.
If the player achieves a 100% total for any of the Training Schedule, Training
Plans, Practical Training, the issue will not occur.
[Reason of the Issue]
Players are unable to claim their rewards for Grade Evaluation "B", and a visual
bug that causes the player to have an "A" evaluation grade when their actual
evaluation grade is "B". This causes the player to encounter an error in which they
will not receive any rewards, but the Comprehensive Evaluation in the event will
close as if the rewards were successfully claimed.
[Solutions]
Solution 1: If the player does not claim their rewards and continues to participate in
the event, the player will eventually reach an "A" Evaluation Grading and receive the
rewards normally.
Solution 2: If the player tries to claim their reward while experiencing the issue, they
will still be able to participate in the event. However, the player's Comprehensive
Evaluation will close and can no longer be tracked in-game as if it is already
regarded as finished. If the player manages to increase their Evaluation Grade until
our next week's maintenance, the player will receive the appropriate rewards
according to their new evaluation grade.
[Notes]
The player will still be able to participate in Training Schedule, Training Plans, or
Practical Training to increase their evaluation grade regardless if they encountered
the issue when they tried to claim the reward for "B" evaluation grade.
Claiming rewards for Grade Evaluation "C", "A", and "S" will not encounter any error
during this event period.
