We hope you're enjoying the November Festival Event. We would like to
address an issue related to the Upgraded Motion Selection Box obtained
from this event.
We have noticed that this selection box is currently unable to be used on
certain characters who were not originally mentioned.
According to the Event's mechanics, the item can only be used on the
Character Parts below:
Saru, Mika, Fei, Deacon, Big Dog, Nadia, Camilla, Alice F, Noah, Yoshi,
and Helena
To ensure that all our players can fully enjoy the benefits of the Upgraded
Motion Selection Box, we will be making necessary changes to its item
data during the next week's scheduled maintenance.
Here's what you can expect:
- Players are advised to keep the Upgraded Motion Selection Box in their
inventory until the next week's scheduled maintenance is complete.
- When you open the Upgraded Motion Selection Box after the
maintenance, the contents will automatically be moved to your Gift Box.
- You will then have the opportunity to select a character from the eligible
list as intended.
We understand the inconvenience this issue may have caused,
and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience as we
work to rectify it.
