After yesterday's maintenance (January 16th update) and investigating the
problem, we noticed that there's an issue with Eugenie's ceremony. Regarding
the issue, we discovered that any newly created character can receive Eugenie's
ceremony which is not intended.
We want to let everyone know that those players who've obtained Eugenie's
ceremony using newly created characters, will be retrieved. The issue will be
resolved during the next scheduled server maintenance (January 23, 2024).
