After the temporary maintenance, the New User Settlement System will
be updated as follows:

1. For users who participated before the maintenance:
- My Pick event cash cannot be used.
- No other changes.

2. For users who participate after the maintenance:
- My Pick event cash cannot be used.
- PICK Coin will be removed from the 7-day attendance rewards, and the
rewards will be adjusted.
- High-end package probability will be adjusted.
