wherein it crashes at the start of the match. They are also encountering the error
message "Software exception error (0xc0000409)". 

 

To fix this issue, kindly follow these steps:

 

1. Make sure that your drivers are up to date. Go to your Control Panel and
Locate "Windows Update"

 

2. Install DirectX 9.0c: Click here
