resulting to delay Asia and EU Server's Top 16 Matches. As compensation,
we will be sending 5 Card Sub Attribute Changers. 

 

Since we want to be fair to everyone, team who advances to the 2nd round
will have a rematch to their previous opponents and that will be best of 3.
However, the previous winning team will have the advantage (1-0).
