We have received several reports regarding Roll the Dice lap Counter Bug.
It has come to our attention that the previous records from the event has
not been reset so that users who have played this event previously may
have # of laps instead of starting with 0 lap. Therefore, users may not be
able to get some of lap rewards (from 5, 15, 30, 50 lap rewards). In order to
solve the issue, we’ve decided to give out the rewards those weren’t be able
to acquire due to the bug to all the users who participated the current
Roll the Dice Event. To do so, our Developers needs some time to track all
users’ logs so all the rewards will be given during 7/11 maintenance after keen
investigations.
