[Fixed] Prime Gun Ceremony issue

We found a Visual Bug wherein the Prime Gun's ceremony isn't showing
the correct animation or ceremony effect upon pressing the item ceremony key.

The item's correct ceremony effect must be similar to the GIF sample below.
