We have found out the root cause of the Community Feature
issue and our team is ready to fix it.

However, to fully restore the system issue, we will have to turn
all of the Servers down.

 

Our team doesn't want to interrupt your gaming experience
and therefore, we have decided to move the temporary server
maintenance tomorrow, starting from 17:30 to 18:30 PDT to avoid
peak hours when most of the users are online.

 

Please be reminded that some features such as Friend list,
Crew, Special Team,and Start the War may not work properly
until we conduct the temporary maintenance.

We truly apologize for the inconveniences caused by 
Rest assured that all users affected will be compensated during our
Scheduled Server Maintenance (04/12/2022 PDT)
