We found out that users who are not using Parts Characters (Participating SPcs in Motion Plus Up Event) somehow managed to claim the Motion Selection Ticket
from their Gift Boxes and were also able to exchange it for a Premium Sub-Attribute Changer in the locker room. We would like to inform everyone that Motion Selection Ticket can and should only be claimed using a specific Part Character.

Originally, if the user is trying to claim the Motion Selection Ticket using a Character that is not considered a Part Character, then a system error should appear avoiding them to complete the action.

 

We humbly request for those who have obtained any Motion Selection Ticket using the invalid SPC, please let us know by sending us a ticket via GameKiss website or sending us an email via steam_support@gamekiss.com. Please include your User
ID and the exact Motion Selection Ticket you've acquired.

 

Once we receive the requested details, we will transfer the exact same Motion
Selection Ticket you've acquired from your Locker back to your Gift Box. Nothing
to worry about since all you have to do is to use the correct SPC (Any of the
Parts Character) before heading to your Gift Box and claiming it.

 

**Note: Users who have already exchanged the ticket for Premium Sub Att. may
still send us a ticket and we will replace your Sub Att. cards with the original Motion Selection Ticket that your account should have received.
