We want to inform everyone that it has been confirmed that some players
didn't receive ruby after purchasing Ruby N Att Lock, Ruby Z Att Lock,
Ruby Request Completion Package from the ETC Shop.
Those who bought the packages and didn't get ruby will receive the
exact amount of ruby on this week's scheduled server maintenance
(2022-09-27). In line with this, we have decided to extend the event
duration(1 week extension) for those affected users to catch-up with
the event.(2022-09-14 00:00 ~ 10-04 23:59)
Furthermore, please also know that these 3 Ruby packages(Shop)
will be unavailable for now: Ruby N Att Lock, Ruby Z Att Lock,
& Ruby Request Completion Package.
