It has come to our attention that the sale discounts for the Free Ticket packages
listed in the Crystal Shop event are currently not applied after the player restarts
the game client.

 

These are the following affected Free Ticket packages.

 

1. Outfit Ticket Package 

Original Price: (4,000) Free Tickets

 

2. Misc.Ticket Package

Original Price: (4,000) Free Tickets

 

3. Crystal Draw x5 Package

Original Price: (2,000) Free Tickets

 

Ex. If a player purchases the Crystal Draw x5 Package for 1,600 Free Tickets,
they will be charged with 1,600 Free Tickets, but after the player restarts the game
client, they will be charged with another 400 Free Tickets, which was supposed to
be discounted.

 

This issue will be fixed after our next scheduled maintenance on November
15, 2022. At the same time, those players who purchased the said packages will
also be reimbursed for the amount of missing discounted Free Tickets.

 

We would like to apologize to those players affected by this issue, and we can only ask for your understanding and patience.
