Dear Ballers,
We want to let everyone know that we looked into the problem in yesterday's NA Tournament Super League final match very carefully. We've confirmed
that one of the participants forcedfully close the game when the final match
was about to start. That's why the winning team was BenevoIent, which is
correct based on the rules of the tournament super league.
It is stated in our official notice about the August Tournament League reminders
that "in case of a match failure or disconnection due to PC/network issues, it
will be considered a loss."
We hope this clarifies the concern with yesterday's NA Tournament Super League
final match. Rest assured that it's our priority to track any issues that may arise
and to provide a fair game environment.
