This is the Freestyle2 Operations Team.
We are currently aware that some users are experiencing compatibility issues
with the Windows 11 24H2 operating system version, causing the client to
unexpectedly shut down frequently.
The Freestyle2 development team has also recognized this issue and is actively
working to resolve it based on the information provided by affected users.
Additionally, it has been identified that similar compatibility issues
with Windows 11 are affecting other games as well.
Microsoft is currently investigating the issue to find a resolution.
According to the findings of the development team so far,
it appears that the game runs stably on versions of Windows other than 24H2.
We kindly ask you to refrain from updating to the 24H2 version, if possible,
until the issue is resolved. We will provide updates regarding the resolution
of this problem via a notice on our website as soon as it is addressed.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and deeply appreciate
