Dear Ballers,
We are writing to inform you that a suspension has been imposed following a
thorough investigation into suspected win trading during the NA Server
Tournament on February 22nd. It has come to our attention that multiple
matches in the event exhibited behavior that violates our operational policies.
Upon review of the tournament matches, it was observed that opposing teams
were intentionally forfeiting in order to manipulate match outcomes.
Further analysis confirmed abnormal behavior, such as players moving minimally
or passing the ball without contest.
As per our operational policy, this behavior is classified as match abuse.
Consequently, a 3-day suspension and retrieval of the tournament
rewards have been enforced on all involved accounts. This suspension will
take effect immediately.
Please refer to the sanction list for a detailed breakdown of the affected users.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in maintaining a fair and
competitive environment for all participants.
