In relation to the recent issue with the Grand Prix event, which has now
been resolved, It seems that several users had been missed out from the last
retrieval process. To resolve this, the team has decided to process an
immediate retrieval and these users may experience temporary
access restrictions.
The users had been temporarily restricted to the game for the retrieval
process and are now able to access the game.
The second retrieval only for those that were missing in the past retrieval has
been done today on the 14th of March, 2025 01:30 AM PDT.
