We would like to inform you that due to a data configuration error,
the Lucky Bingo tickets are not being distributed properly at this time.
To address this issue, we will implement a Customer Support (CS)
compensation plan during next week’s maintenance. Players will receive a
total of 3 tickets per day (2 regular tickets + 1 bonus ticket) based on login
status during the affected period.
Please note that rewards obtained through gameplay are functioning
normally and are not impacted by this issue.
