With the winter tournament coming a big concern of our community is, are we safe from cheaters?
 

We would like to remind everyone that the GM team and FS2
game developers are taking your reports seriously.
 

We have recently suspended one player for cheating:

This player has been called to our attention by members of the FS2 community
and we have been provided with the necessary evidence to start a full investigation.
 

The GM team would also like to remind everyone that, posting hack discussion
or accusations on the FS2 forums is not allowed while you may have good intentions
of reporting an ill-mannered player you are at the same time breaking the
rules and may have your own account suspended.
 

The GM team will not take sides or comment on the forums about hack
accusations, please continue to send us your reports instead and follow the forum rules.
 

Once again please follow the proper way of reporting players, so that
your reports will be processed immediately.
 

If you wish to report a suspected cheater send us the replay file of your match
with him and name of the character you wish to report at http://support.gamekiss.com/faq/index.d5
 

If you feel that your report is being ignored or taking too long,
a hack investigation is a very careful process that takes a lot of time
and effort to accomplish, permanently suspending a member’s account is
a big decision and should not be rushed.
