- Level up reward will be given to players who sent us reports.
* If you were not able to get the reward properly, please send us a ticket or e-mail
us at
steam_support@gamekiss.com so we can send it to you by next
maintenance.
-Testing the new NA servers
Some of the NA servers will be replaced with new servers.
These new servers will be used as the primary “Match Servers” for testing,
therefore some ballers will be playing matches in the new test server.
You may experience some issues during the testing phase;we would like
to apologize in advance for any inconveniences that may arise during
this period.
Ballers who will be playing in the test servers will be chosen at random.
(Ballers will not know if they are playing in the test server.)
Tests will be conducted at least 1 week and these are the following details:
1. A comparison of the current servers and the test servers ballers ping.
2. Checking for any ping spikes in the test server.
3. Checking whether the service can be stable or not
** Because the matching server is a server that connects a room to
another room when players are playing a match, the Ping value in launcher
won’t change.
** A big thank you to the 3 FS Supporters from NA server
([FS]Valioa, [FS] Kuzi, [FS] DBLL) who participated the previous Ping-test.
