Hello, Ballers.

We have heard that some ballers are having crush and
can't find pro channel and co-op mode after the maintenance.
In order to fix this problem, you have to delete internet temporary file to download latest game patch.


Please perform the following steps (must be followed in this order)




Microsoft Internet Explorer 8:

• Close FS2 game and launcher completely.
• Open Internet Explorer 8
• Click Tools
• Click Clear Browsing History (or push Ctrl+Shift+Delete)
• Select Temporary Internet Files
• Select Cookies
• Select History
• Click Delete
• Open FS2 Game Launcher and check if it downloads patch.

In Internet Explorer 7, click Tools, click Delete Browsing History, then select Delete All.



Mozilla Firefox 3.5 / 3.6

• Close FS2 game and launcher completely.
• Open Firefox
• Click the Tools menu
• Click Clear Recent History
• Choose the time range you would like to clear (example: Everything)
• Click Details to make sure Cache is checked
• Select Clear Now
• Open FS2 Game Launcher and check if it downloads patch.

Mozilla Firefox 1.5 / 2.0 / 3.0:

• Close FS2 game and launcher completely.
• Open Firefox
• Click Tools
• Select Options
• Go to the Privacy tab, select the Settings button
• Make sure Cache is checked
• Click OK, click Clear Now
• Open FS2 Game Launcher and check if it downloads patch.

Google Chrome:

• Close FS2 game and launcher completely.
• Open Google Chrome
• Click Tools
• Select Options
• Click the Under the Hood tab
• Click Clear Browsing Data
• Select the Empty the Cache check box
• Select the Clear Browsing History check box
• Select the Delete Cookies check box
• Click the Clear Browsing Data button
• Open FS2 Game Launcher and check if it downloads patch.

Safari:

• Close FS2 game and launcher completely.
•  open Safari, click Edit, select Empty Cache, click Empty
• Open FS2 Game Launcher and check if it downloads patch.

Opera

• Close FS2 game and launcher completely.
• Open Opera
• Click Tools
• Click Delete Private Data
• Click the Details button
• Place check marks next to browsing history, cookies etc.
• Click Delete
• Open FS2 Game Launcher and check if it downloads patch.

If the launcher does not download patch, you can check forum thread
' Why only Rookie channel is on? Can't see PRO channel.' ( Link ) to find out how other users fixed it.
