Due to some technical issues, Ballers were unable to create Higher Level
Giant G (C and CT Position), Grace (C and CT Position) and Lyn
(PG and DG Position) characters.
For that reason, we advised everyone to refrain purchasing higher level Coupons
for the said special characters. We will be fixing this issue as soon as possible.
**This issue is only found when trying to create Giant G, Grace and Lyn
characters.
You can still create other characters of Team Slam and Black Lightning
For all ballers who already purchased higher level Lyn, Grace and Giant–G
