via Steam.
To assist you with your concern, you have to send us a support ticket at
steam_support@gamekiss.com together with the following information
for purchase verification:
1. Screenshot of your FS2 ID
2. Screenshot of Game Transaction History on Steam
b. Press the date of transaction. (Freestyle2:Street Basketball)
c. Take a full screenshot and send it to us.
It must show the link because it contains your transaction id.
For the ballers who already contacted us, we will be sending your Gkash tomorrow
together with a 6 days doubleup sponsor as compensation for the inconvenience
that it has caused.
